Shipping and Returns

We want your MMG order to arrive safely, look exactly as you expected, and be ready to gift (or keep for yourself!). Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns and damaged orders.

SHIPPING

Processing Times

Most MMG orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.

During busy seasonal periods—especially the holiday season—processing times may be a little longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time. Any special processing time will be noted on the product listing.

Shipping

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MMG is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of MMG’s control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.

If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you figure out what’s happening.

If an order has not arrived within the applicable delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because many of our products are gifts and some are personalized specifically for you, personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

For non-personalized items, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm whether your item is eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@milestonemomentsgifts.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right by arranging a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.

Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

Personalized Orders

Please double-check all names, dates, wording and other personalization before placing your order.

Once a personalized order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless we are able to accommodate the request before production begins.

MMG is not responsible for spelling, dates or other information entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.

If we make an error on your personalized item, however, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS].

We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but orders that have already entered production or shipped may not be cancellable.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Where a return or cancellation is required by applicable consumer protection law, MMG will follow the requirements of that law. In British Columbia, certain online purchases have statutory cancellation and refund rights that apply regardless of a store’s ordinary return policy.
